In 2019, Jackie recognized the need for collaborative law and quality alternative dispute resolution services in the local Roaring Fork Valley. As a mother of two young children, and as a child of a contentious divorce herself, Jackie understands that compassion and understanding are at the heart of a successful mediation. She prides herself in her ability to help guide clients through one of the most difficult situations they may ever have to experience. Jackie is committed to providing families the necessary tools and long-term plans to support the whole family. Her astute knowledge of the law and experience working in family law is invaluable in this collaborative, hands-on approach to conflict resolution. She understands that the critical methods of resolution are not a “one size fits all”. Jackie focuses on keeping positive co-parenting and family dynamics intact for the benefit of the parties and their children’s future.
